Your Revit model, for the whole team.
Next time someone needs every light fixture on the project, they open the schedule in a browser instead of asking. Edits go back into the model only after your BIM manager reviews them.
30 minutes, on a real project. Built for architecture studios.
Built inside PUR4, a working architecture firm, for our own projects first.
The problem
Most of the team works from copies.
Revit takes a paid seat and training, so most people on a project never open it. They ask for exports, wait for them, and someone retypes what comes back.

Edits wait for your BIM manager.

Schedules
Every schedule, in a browser.
Each schedule comes out of Revit as its own table. Elements link to their rooms, and the project shows what's still blank.
- PublishEach schedule leaves Revit as its own table.
- LinkElements link to rooms. Tables link to the project.
- OpenAnyone on the team opens it in a browser.
Setup adds two small things to your model. Your BIM manager reviews both first.
Example data.
3D model
The whole building, without Revit.
The 3D model comes with every publish. Your team turns it, looks around the building and switches between existing and proposed phases.
- Published from the same model as your schedules
- Large models open too

Sheets Working today
Mark up a sheet. Make it a punch item.
Open any sheet in the set, mark it up, measure it and leave a comment. Any markup can become a punch item with an owner.

Review Working today
Your team edits. Your BIM manager decides.
When someone fills in a blank fire rating or fixes a finish, the change waits in Revit next to the model's value. Your BIM manager applies it as one undo step.
- Nothing goes into the model until it's applied
- A field changed on both sides is flagged, and you choose
- EditSomeone fills in a blank or fixes a value in the browser.
- ReviewEach change waits in Revit, field by field.
- ApplyYour BIM manager applies them as one undo step.
Example data.
We built the review step first. Editing a model without one is frightening. We know, because it frightened us.

Questions
What studios ask first.
Your BIM manager will want the details. They're all on one page.
Will it change my model?
A little. Setup adds a set of shared parameters and a small publish record. Your BIM manager sees both first.
Edits from your team come back into Revit only after your BIM manager reviews them, field by field.
Can my team edit the schedules?
Yes. They can fill in a blank or change a value in the browser. Each change waits in Revit until your BIM manager reviews it and applies it.
Edits back into Revit are part of Premium.
If the same field was changed in Revit too, it's flagged, and you choose which value to keep.
Who runs the publish?
On Plus and Premium, we do. We connect your Revit models to a hosted PuraBIM backend and publish them as often as your team needs.
What does it cost?
We haven't published prices yet. There's a free set of Revit tools, then two paid plans for the team, Plus and Premium, priced per Revit user with everyone else included.
You get the terms in writing before you decide.
Where does our data go?
Schedules sit in a Notion workspace we host for your project, or in your own. The 3D model is stored on our server.
Ask us on the walkthrough, and we'll answer in writing.
