For your BIM manager

Out of Revit. Back in after review.

What we add to your model, what we leave alone, and what's ready today.

The publish Working today

From your model to your team's browser.

On Plus and Premium, our team sets up the publish for all your models.

Your studio

Your Revit modelsEvery active project. Revit on Windows.

Our team

The PuraBIM pluginPublishes from our side, as often as you need.

Your team

The PuraBIM web appSchedules, drawings and the 3D model, in a browser.
  1. 1. SetupWe add a set of shared parameters. You see the list first.
  2. 2. PublishEach schedule leaves Revit as its own table.
  3. 3. LinkElements link to rooms. Tables link to the project.
  4. 4. OpenYour team opens it in the PuraBIM web app.

Your model

What it adds. Stated up front.

Two small additions, and a review before any edit comes back.

  • Shared parameters

Added at setup. You approve the list first.

  • A small publish record

Each publish notes what it sent, inside the Revit file.

  • Edits come back after review

Your team's changes wait in Revit, field by field, until your BIM manager applies them. They go in as one undo step.

Built inside PUR4

Nothing goes into your model until your BIM manager applies it.

We built the review step first. Editing a model without one is frightening. We know, because it frightened us.

See it on a real Revit project.

Book 30 minutes. We walk you through it on a real Revit project and show how it fits your studio.

The schedules

A ready-made set, designed by architects.

Each one its own table, linked by room and project.

  • Sheets
  • Rooms
  • Doors
  • Windows
  • Furniture
  • Light fixtures
  • Plumbing fixtures
  • Specialty equipment
  • And more, set up with you

The difference

Every export is one more file.

An export goes stale when the model changes. We publish again whenever you need.

New to BIM? Start with the basics

Questions your BIM manager will ask.

Where does our data go?

Schedules sit in a Notion workspace we host for your project, or in your own. The 3D model is stored on our server.

Ask us on the walkthrough, and we'll answer in writing.

Do we need Notion?

No. Your team works in the PuraBIM web app. Behind it, we host your schedule data in a Notion workspace, so there's nothing for you to buy for it.

Already use Notion? We can publish into your workspace instead.

Is it a Revit add-in?

Yes. The PuraBIM Revit plugin is where it starts, and early-access studios get a curated set of its tools free. A native Revit add-in is planned before general release.

Which Revit versions?

Revit on Windows. Tell us your version and we'll confirm it before you start.

Can my team edit the schedules?

Yes. They can fill in a blank or change a value in the browser. Each change waits in Revit until your BIM manager reviews it and applies it.

Edits back into Revit are part of Premium.

If the same field was changed in Revit too, it's flagged, and you choose which value to keep.

What's ready

Working today. Being checked. Planned.

Three labels, so nothing is oversold.

  1. Working today

    Verified on our own projects.

    • Publishing schedules out of Revit
    • Elements linked to their rooms, every schedule to the project
    • The 3D model in a browser, with existing and proposed phases
    • Your project in the PuraBIM web app
    • When it was last published, and what's still blank
    • Sheets in a browser: mark up, measure, make punch items
    • Edits back into Revit, after your BIM manager reviews them
    • A model health check that changes nothing in the model
    • Works with Notion, if your studio uses it
  2. Built, and being checked

Built and tested outside Revit. Not in early access yet.

    • Sheet compare (see the preview)
    • Product specs and families
    • Model tools inside Revit

Tell us which ones you want first.

  3. Planned, no dates yet

No dates yet. Early-access studios see each one first.

    • A native Revit add-in, before general release

Being checked Built, and being checked

Compare two issues. See what changed.

Sheet compare is built and being checked in Revit now. When it joins early access, your team can lay one issue over another and find every change.

Drag to see what changed.

Changes in Rev 2

Tap a change to find it on the sheet.

Example sheet: A-101, the permit set against revision 2.

Bring your model questions to the walkthrough.

Thirty minutes. We run a publish on a real Revit project and go through what it adds to your model. Then you decide.
