Early access

The PuraBIM app is in early access. Access is by invitation, features change, some are marked as in beta, and we may pause or end early access at any time. If your firm has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

Accounts and sharing

Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Your firm decides who it invites and who it shares projects with. Anyone holding a share link can view what it shares until the link expires, so share links with care.

Your data

Your firm owns its project data, models, sheets and markup, and you own your Ask conversations. You give us permission to store and process them only to run PuraBIM for you. You confirm you have the right to upload and publish what you put into PuraBIM.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use PuraBIM for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to share
• try to get around sign-in, share-link limits or other security measures
• overload the service, or scrape it at scale
• resell or rent access to PuraBIM without our written agreement

The Revit plugin

The plugin is provided to invited firms for use on their own models. Every change it writes to a model is shown as a preview first and needs your approval. You stay responsible for your models and for keeping backups of them.

AI answers and code checks

Answers from Ask the Model, model audits you run with Claude through our Revit tools, and checks such as Light and Air are analysis assist only. They can be wrong. Professional judgment, code compliance and the documents you issue stay with the architect or engineer of record.

Other services

The PuraBIM app works with services run by others, including Autodesk Revit, Notion, Google and OpenAI. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. Neither company is affiliated with or endorses PuraBIM.

Fees

Early access is offered on the terms we agree with your firm in writing. Where no fees are agreed, early access is free.

No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, PuraBIM is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount your firm paid us for PuraBIM in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars. These limits do not apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where the law does not allow them.

Ending access

You can stop using PuraBIM at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when early access ends. Your project data stays in its Notion workspace, and we delete your published files within 30 days of a request.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we will also let you know in the app or by email before they take effect where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
